Dr. Leslie D. Joynes

Leadership Lab Coach, Columbia Business School, New York.

“"I began working with Fortune 500 clients and global teams in 1989. I learned that creativity and imagination are essential ingredients for visionary leadership - especially now as we navigate new economic cycles, new forms of innovation and new ways to work together.

A Leadership Coach at Columbia Business School in New York I work with leaders in global finance, diplomacy, technology, healthcare, management consulting, and manufacturing. A New York University certified coach, I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Membership Ambassador and member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) (affiliate at Harvard Medical School). Trained both in management and creativity I combine left-brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) thinking to explore out of the box solutions that enhance personal and professional fulfillment within teams, business, careers, cultures and personal life.”
